Dymax Bact Up is designed to quickly and effectively establish a healthy biological system in cichlid aquariums. This special formula adds beneficial bacteria that operate well in high pH Nitrosation conditions, making it ideal for establishing biological filtration in new alkaline cichlid aquarium setups. It enhances nitrification, denitrification, and organic waste degradation by fully remineralizing nutrients. Bact Up is highly efficient, making it suitable for large fish, and overcrowded or high-bioload aquariums. It rapidly breaks down organic waste, and eliminates ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and organic carbon in all freshwater ecosystems, resulting in good water clarity and quality for the aquaria.
